Chicago O’Hare had 903,747 flight operations in 2018, according to the FAA data. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport had 895,502 flight operations in 2018.
Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport had 103.9 million passengers in 2017, according to Airports Council International, which has not yet released its ranking for 2018. It had the most passengers in the world. Chicago O’Hare had 79.8 million passengers that year, putting it in 6th place for worldwide passenger counts.
