The Secret of Selling the Negro Market is a 1954 film financed by Johnson Publishing Company (the publisher of Ebony and JET magazines) and A SARRA production was produced to encourage advertisers to promote their products and services in the African American media. It was shown to businessmen around the U.S. to drive home the point that the African American market is huge and profitable.
