NFL: A rendering released of a proposed new stadium for the St. Louis Rams
St. Louis pitches stadium plan to keep the Rams from moving to Los Angeles

St Louis Rams Stadium

The new St. Louis Rams stadium would be designed to hold 64,000 people with an initial seat distribution of:

54,020 general seats
2,000 suite seats (includes private suites and on-field seating)
480 loge box seats (eight seats each in 60 boxes)
7,500 club seats
There are a planned 10,439 parking spaces on the 90-acre (part publicly owned, part privately owned) property.

Details of financing the $860 million to $985 million estimated cost are included in the report he turned over to Nixon. An estimated $400 million to $450 million would come from the National Football League and the team. An additional $460 million to $535 million would come from public sources, including extending current bonds, brownfield tax credits and up to $130 million in seat licenses.
